THE LIVING AGENCY

AIGENTCY

A playable business operating system

REAL WORK. REAL REWARDS. REAL LIFE BACK.

A desktop game where you walk your agency, make strategic decisions with your core team, and watch meaningful progress reshape your real business toward the Forever Home.

The Vision

One ecosystem. A real business operating system for photography studios, expressed as a playable agency RPG. You open one app. You walk through your studio as a character. You talk to specialist agents. You review leads, projects, money, and strategy. You make decisions. The world reflects what's real, and real progress unlocks game rewards. Not a dashboard with decoration. Not a game with pretend business. A game that IS your business OS.

Why it matters. Photographers work alone, buried in email and spreadsheets. AIGENTCY contains all that work in a place built for calm, clarity, and strategy. You handle the work. The system handles the busywork. You get your life back. And as your business grows, you see it happen in real time, in a world that celebrates you.

The payoff. A business structured well enough to support the Forever Home (no financial panic, space to breathe). A player who grows in craft and leadership. A system that lets you say no to bad work, say yes to great work, and know exactly where you stand.

The Game World

Core Team Headquarters (The First Level)

The Lounge - Command center and hub

The Lounge. Where it begins.

You spawn in the Lounge. NORTH is beside you, a calm glowing guide. From here, you walk through your agency.

The Rooms

1
Lounge - Entry point. Check objectives. See NORTH. Prepare for the day.
2
Client Hall - Review incoming requests. Talk to the four leads. Learn fit, scope, pricing, proof. The First Signal mission happens here.
The Client Hall - Where leads come to be assessed

The Client Hall. Where clarity is earned.

3
Command Room - Mission Control. Priority signals needing your OK. In-progress projects. Calendar. Team activity. Where you bring the team together to decide.
The Command Room - Mission Control and war room

The Command Room. Where decisions are made.

4
D-Product Room (Mara Voss) - Clarify vague ideas. Turn them into buildable decisions. What do we need to make real?
5
D-Revenue Room (Victor Hale) - Protect pricing. Identify financial risk. Confirm we can take it.
6
D-Operations Room (Ora Bennett) - Build the sequence. Deadlines. Logistics. WRAP. Who owns what? What completes it?
7
D-Brand Room (Isla Mercer) - Match proof to the goal. Positioning. Visual direction. What does the client need to see?
8
NORTH Station - A quiet place to step back. Review everything. Ask for a summary. Inspect the big picture.
9
Archive Corner - Past missions. Artifacts. Lessons. Proof of progress.

The Game Loop

A signal arrives. NORTH names it. You walk to the relevant agents. Each gives you one useful piece (info, risk, recommendation). You return to Command Room. You call a team huddle. You make a decision. The mission advances. The HQ visibly changes. A lesson is archived. You save. The next signal arrives.

Satisfying? Yes. Strategic? Yes. Full of real judgment calls? Yes.

The First Signal

An incomplete Corporate Headshots request arrives. Veritas Partners. Large budget. Zero timeline. Vague brief.

Is it right for us? You don't know yet.

1
Visit Mara - What is missing?
2
Visit Victor - Can we lock pricing? What's the risk?
3
Visit Ora - If we take it, what's the sequence?
4
Visit Isla - What proof do we need to show? What direction?

You return to Command Room. You call the team together. You complete a Brief Builder minigame (scope, team size, deadline, location, deliverables, visual goal, decision-maker, timeline).

You make the call: Yes, we take it. (Or no.)

First Light activates. A gold light panel glows in the Client Hall. A portfolio frame brightens. The Archive door opens slightly. An artifact appears: "The First Clear Brief." You saved the moment.

No email sent. No booking claimed. No fake automation. Just clarity, decision, and visible progress in the world.

The Unified Suite

One Brand. One Spine. Three Surfaces.

AIGENTCY is not just a game. It's an entire toolkit your agency hands you.

1
The Game World - Walk your agency, talk to agents, make decisions, see progress.
2
The Dual-Monitor Dashboard - Stage (the big picture, live feeds, approvals) + Console (the toolkit, actions, settings). Navy and gold, the same language as the game.
3
The iOS App - Pocket version. Brief reviews. Quick approvals. WRAP (post-shoot wind-down). All three in sync.

They all read from the same truth: your real business data. The game is not pretend. The dashboard is not decorative. The app is not a novelty. All three ARE your operating system.

The Symbiosis

"You move, I move"

You are here in real life. NORTH and the team are there, digitally. You move in lockstep.

Real to Digital
When you book a job, land a lead, or bank income, the game world reflects it instantly and truthfully.
Digital to Real
When the game drafts an email, proposes a next step, or flags a deadline, it stays in draft. You review. You send. You decide.

The rule: Real action to digital is instant and read-only. Digital to real stays draft and owner-approved. Never auto-send. Never guess. Never change your money. The AI is the partner in your ear, never the hand on the keyboard.

The Truth Gate

Every action in AIGENTCY carries one of five labels:

1
Demo - Safe to try. No client impact. Training data only.
2
Read Only - Real data showing. No action possible.
3
Draft - Prepared. Waiting for your review.
4
Owner Approval Required - You must say yes.
5
Executed - Done and verified. Real action completed.

No fake completions. No hidden automation. No price changes without you. No data deletion. No client contact without your hand on the send button. The system is always honest about what it did and what needs your call.

The Seven Lanes

AIGENTCY is built for premium commercial photography in exactly seven service areas. Each has its own story quest, repeatable scenario, workflow template, client relationship arc, and proof library.

1
Corporate Headshots - Group and executive portraits for organizations.
2
Solo Headshots - Individual professional portraits.
3
Event Coverage - Corporate events, conferences, gatherings.
4
Lifestyle and Brand - Location commercial work and brand imagery.
5
Fitness Personal - Athlete portfolios and trainer brands.
6
Fitness Commercial - Gym brands and fitness commercial clients.
7
Portraits - Personal portraits (not family, not senior, not sports).

These lanes are locked. Everything in the game, dashboard, and app stays in these seven. It's focus. It's quality. It's premium commercial work, not a content factory.

Readiness Gates

When You're Truly Ready for the Next Level

The game teaches you WHEN you're ready for major business moves. These are not random unlocks. These are strategic gates:

S-Corp readiness
Hire an assistant
Hire an editor
Studio space
Associate photographer
New gear and equipment
Passive income project
Agency expansion
Forever Home readiness

Each gate requires: financial evidence, operational capacity, delivery consistency, risk analysis, and your approval. The game presents a briefing. It never forces a move. You decide based on the data.

Your Core Team

Four Specialist Agents Inside the Game

1
Mara Voss (D-Product) - Takes vague ideas and turns them into clear, buildable decisions. What changes for your clients when this exists?
2
Victor Hale (D-Revenue) - Protects your pricing, margin, and capacity. Identifies financial risk. Does this create revenue, or just choices?
3
Ora Bennett (D-Operations) - Turns chaos into sequence. Deadlines. Logistics. WRAP. Who owns it? What completes it?
4
Isla Mercer (D-Brand) - Protects meaning and proof. Visual direction. Positioning. Does this make the right person understand?

And NORTH, your always-on guide. A calm translucent figure of navy shadow and warm gold linework. NORTH walks beside you, notices patterns, explains risks, shows options, and protects your decision power. NORTH never sends emails. NORTH never claims work is done without proof. NORTH is the partner in your ear.

Life Over Work

This system exists to keep you AWAY from work, not buried in it. It contains the work so you get your life back.

It is never a productivity guilt machine. It protects and celebrates your life blocks:

Family time (the 9 to 5 belongs to the people you love)
Play time
Relax time
Build time (creating, learning)
Gym time

The game CELEBRATES you closing the laptop and walking to the gym or to your family, not grinding past dinner. Winning includes a full life, not just a bigger bank bar. The Forever Home is the dream because it means no stress and more time, not more hustle.

Build Status (Honest)

What Is Real. What Is Next.

What is built: The business bridge (TypeScript, Cloudflare), the shared data contracts, all the game content as data (quests, dialogue, agents, rooms, readiness gates, the seven lanes), the design bibles (GDD, TDD, Quest Bible, Art Bible), and the Unreal project scaffold as files.

What is not yet playable: The native Unreal game client. The engine is correct. The content is written. The design is locked. But the actual compiled, playable game on Mac needs one human hand on Unreal for the assembly and art pass. NORTH can produce roughly 80 percent of the work (scaffold, systems, dialogue, quests, data). The final 20 percent - actual gameplay testing, tweaking, art, animation, and polish - is human work on a real game engine.

The honest state: The game IS designed. The game IS documented. The game IS ready to build. But it is not yet playable. That is the next phase: building the game inside Unreal, testing it, polishing it, shipping it.

The Three.js web prototype - a procedural walkable world - is live and playable today at aigentcy-world.pages.dev. It is a reference, a proof-of-concept, not the final game. The final game is native Unreal for Mac (Phase 1), then Windows and Steam (Phase 2), then consoles later.

The Visual World

Deep Navy, Warm Gold, Premium Calm

Every room in AIGENTCY shares a premium, original creative-studio aesthetic:

Deep ink navy walls and structure
Warm gold light pools and highlights
Cream and parchment for information surfaces
Dark walnut, brushed brass, frosted glass
Soft warm lighting, film grain, gentle bloom
Premium Apple-clean hierarchy

This is not generic cyberpunk. Not childish cartoon. A living, calm, premium creative space that feels like the best studio you have ever walked into. Gold means clarity, progress, earned light. Navy means structure, calm, depth, trust.

The Ultimate Goal

The Forever Home

Beneath every mission, every decision, every readiness gate, is one true goal: the Forever Home.

A home where you have no financial panic. Space to breathe. Time with family. A garden. A pool. Four-car garage as a separate house. Room for your kids to explore. Built on passive income you do not have to manage. A life where the work is contained, the money is real, and you are home by dinner.

The game's final milestone. The unlock that proves everything works. The reason you say no to bad work, say yes to great work, and build systems instead of just taking jobs.

AIGENTCY is the path. The Forever Home is the win.
